Most school events book 60 to 120 days in advance. Prom and graduation should book 4 to 6 months out for prime weekend dates. We can accommodate shorter timelines depending on team availability.

Yes. Every team member who works a school event has cleared a background check before being scheduled. We can provide documentation to your district HR office on request.

Every song on the playlist is reviewed and approved before your event. We use only radio edits or clean versions, and your activity director has full authority to add songs to a do not play list. If anything ever sneaks through, the DJ skips it immediately.

Yes. We have W9, COI, vendor applications, and most district approval paperwork ready to send. If your district has a specific vendor portal, we will register and submit through whatever process they use.

Yes. We bring full PA systems sized to the venue. For large gymnasiums, multi speaker setups with appropriate sound dispersion. For outdoor stadiums and football fields, weatherproofed gear and generator backup if power is unreliable.

Schools shift event dates more often than other clients, and we know it. Date changes within reasonable notice are accommodated at no charge subject to team availability on the new date.
