David Ray Cross Jr. came to the events industry with a background in training, leadership development, and HR. That foundation changed everything about how he approached entertainment. Instead of asking "what songs should we play," he asked "how do we make this room feel something?" That question is still at the heart of everything we do.
Under his leadership, Dynamic Celebrations has grown from a single-market DJ company into a multi-city event experience team trusted by couples, corporate brands, schools, apartment communities, and nonprofits across Texas.
