You will meet over Zoom with the market manager for your area. They walk you through expectations, the team culture, and what the role looks like day to day in your specific market.
Final candidates meet in person with executive leadership. This is where we confirm the fit is right on both sides and discuss next steps together.
Candidates who advance receive a conditional offer pending a physical agility test. Event work requires loading, carrying, and setting up equipment. We want every team member set up to succeed physically and safely.
Once your offer is confirmed you move into our paid DJ University-backed onboarding program. Most team members are solo-event-ready within 10 weeks. You earn from day one of training.
You will be paired with an experienced team member for your first event. You arrive already knowing exactly what to do. We never drop anyone in cold.
Paid training means you are already part of the team before you step on the floor. We build your confidence through preparation, not by throwing you into the deep end and hoping for the best.

Our patented 10-week curriculum is designed specifically to take great people and make them great DJs. Most new team members are solo-event-ready within 10 weeks. All training is paid. Zero prior DJ experience required.
Performer roles are primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, making them ideal for candidates who want meaningful part-time income. Office and admin roles are weekday remote positions that can vary in hours.
All positions are hourly W2 employee roles. Performer roles include tips and performance bonuses on top of the hourly base. We discuss specific rates during the conversation stage after your application is reviewed.

No. Dynamic Celebrations provides all event equipment. You bring yourself, your professionalism, and your energy. Equipment, transportation logistics, and setup support are handled by the company.
