Booking & Pricing

Booking, Pricing & Availability.

For weddings, we recommend booking 10 to 14 months in advance, especially for spring and fall Saturday dates. Corporate, school, and community events typically book 60 to 180 days out. Because we hold one event per date per team, your date is genuinely unavailable to other clients once you book it.

Our wedding DJ packages start at $1,995 for a 4 hour reception only and range up to $4,500 for our full Unforgettable Night experience including ceremony, cocktail hour, full reception, ceremony audio, cocktail music, uplighting, vendor coordination, backup equipment, and more. A 50% booking fee holds your date and locks in your team. This fee is non refundable because once your date is booked, we remove it from our availability and turn away other inquiries for that date. The remaining 50% is split into manageable installments leading up to your event. Custom payment plans are available on request.

Yes. Most of our wedding clients add a photo booth to their DJ package, which unlocks bundled pricing. Adding our Collection (two booths) brings the most savings vs booking separately.

Yes. The standard plan is a 50% booking fee at signing, then equal monthly installments through 30 days before your event. We can also work with financing partners for couples who prefer monthly payments at a fixed rate.

Music Planning

Music Planning & Personalization.

After booking, you get access to Vibo, our wedding planning platform. You build your full reception soundtrack including first dance, parent dances, cocktail hour, dinner, and open dancing. Submit must play and do not play lists. Your DJ reviews everything before your event.

That is up to you. Some couples want guest requests. Some want the DJ to read the room and ignore them. We follow your direction and have systems for handling requests gracefully whether you say yes or no.

Yes. Vibo is a planning tool, not a strict playlist. Your DJ has access to virtually every song ever recorded and will read the room throughout your event. The plan you build is the foundation, not the cage.

Plan the moments that matter most: first dance, parent dances, processional, recessional, cake cutting, last song. For open dancing, give us your top 30 to 50 favorites and a clear do not play list. Let us read the room for the rest.

Day Of Event

On Your Wedding Day.

Standard arrival is 90 minutes before guests do, which gives us time for full setup, sound check, and venue coordination. For more complex setups (multiple rooms, ceremony plus reception, photo booth integration), we arrive 2 to 3 hours before.

Receptions go off script. Toasts run long. Dinner takes an extra pass. Our DJ and MC absorb those variables and adjust the rest of your timeline so nothing else slips. Your guests will not notice.

Yes, every event. Backup speakers, backup laptops, backup audio cables, backup wireless mics. If something fails, we replace it without you ever knowing.

For weddings, our DJs and MCs wear suits or formal black attire. Photo booth attendants wear coordinated team uniforms that blend with the event aesthetic. We dress to the level of your event.

Depends on your priorities. Want prints guests take home? Keepsake. Want immersive video content for social? 360 or Roaming Cam. Want maximum coverage? The Collection (two booths). We walk through this on your consultation.

Yes. Every booth comes with a dedicated attendant the entire event. They guide guests, manage props, troubleshoot, and keep the experience running smoothly.

Always. Custom photo overlays, GIF templates, branded send screens, and digital galleries are included on every booth. For corporate clients, we integrate your full brand identity. For weddings, we match your aesthetic.

Within 48 hours of your event, you receive a private digital gallery containing every photo, GIF, or video taken at your booth. Yours forever, shareable any time.

Cancellation

If Plans Change.

Booking fees are non refundable since they secure your date and remove it from our availability. Cancellations more than 90 days out forfeit only the booking fee. Cancellations within 90 days have a sliding scale of additional forfeited payments depending on timing. Full details on our cancellation policies page.

Yes, subject to team availability on your new date. We will work with you on a one time complimentary date change for any reason. After that, a small admin fee applies.

If your venue cancels and you have to move dates, we treat that as a date change rather than a cancellation. We will rebook you at no additional cost provided your team is available.
