A standard booth setup needs roughly 8 feet by 10 feet of floor space and a clear 8 foot ceiling. The Hype 360 needs slightly more clearance for the rotating arm. Roaming Cam needs no floor space at all. We confirm exact dimensions during your venue walkthrough.

Standard booth setup runs 60 to 90 minutes before your booth's rental window starts. Setup time is included free, not deducted from your booking. The Collection or complex venues may need 2 hours.

Yes. Every booking includes custom designed overlays, print templates, and send screens built around your event. We send draft designs for your review before your event. Two rounds of revisions included; additional revisions available.

Our attendants arrive with backup camera, backup printer, backup laptop, and backup overlay files. If something fails, the swap to backup gear happens in under 5 minutes and most guests never notice. We also carry extended print supplies, so you cannot run out of paper.

Yes. Every booth (except the Roaming Cam) has digital sharing built in. Guests text or email themselves their session photos in seconds. The Roaming Cam delivers via the post event gallery instead.

Yes, with weather contingency plans. We need an indoor backup location, weatherproof cover for the booth, and confirmation that power is reliably available within 25 feet of the setup location. Texas heat does require additional considerations for camera equipment and printers.

Yes. Our photo booths are bookable as a standalone service. That said, most of our clients bundle DJ and photo booth together because of the package savings.

For weddings, 8 to 12 months in advance for prime spring and fall Saturday dates. For corporate or school events, typically 60 to 120 days out. We can accommodate shorter timelines depending on team availability.
